Biography:
After graduating from Univ. of Maryland, I went to work for the Vanguard Group, as a senior usability engineer, technology researcher, system architect, and enterprise security architect. In 2009, I left Vanguard and joined the World Bank as an enterprise security architect. I lead the security architecture function at the World Bank.
