Biography:
Retired business analyst, strategy planner, and project manager from the Lockheed Martin Corporation, and consulting manager and process analyst from James Martin & Co. Subsequent hands-on consultant, lead, and enterprise architecture subject matter expert with Northern Virginia consulting firms.
Supported internal and external customers; developed relationships with the business and IT communities; collaborated to utilize best practice agile methods and techniques for information collection, business process analysis and modeling (as-is/to-be), business information analysis and entity-relationship modeling (as-is/to-be), analytical methods and techniques (such as process identification, process-flows, data-flows, problem analysis, swim-lanes, mappings, ...), requirements definition, related documentation and presentations, and stand-up training. Made use of graphical representations related to IE, BPMN, USE Cases, ERD's, and IDEF.
Industry experience includes financial, public utility, manufacturing, airline, banking, healthcare, and law enforcement in Fortune 1000 corporations and in civilian and DoD government agencies.
